The registration fee includes:

  • Admission to the conference
  • Conference bag and documentation
  • Daily tea/coffee breaks
  • Daily lunches and dinner on Oct 2nd and 3rd (partially sponsored by the University of Windsor and the SSHRC Partnership Grant Project)
  • School visits (sponsored by the SSHRC PG Project with GECDSB’s inkind contributions)

Refund Policy

A full refund of the registration fee is available before Sept 1, 2019. After Sept 1, 2019, any amount paid to the conference will not be refunded. We apologize for the inconveniences. To apply for a refund, please contact [email protected]

Details about Conference Check-in and Onsite Registration

  • Onsite registration will be accepting  CASH ONLY. Receipts will be issued.

  • Check-in & Registration Time

    • Oct 1, 2019 (1pm – 12am midnight) Townplace Suites, Hotel Lobby

    • Oct 2, 2019 (8am – 12pm) CAW Student Center, 2nd Floor,  Alumni Auditorium

    • Oct 3, 2019 (8am – 8:30am) CAW Student Center, 2nd Floor, Alumni Auditorium

    • Oct 4, 2019 (8am – 8:30am) Vanier Hall, 1st Floor

  • Participants who have registered and checked-in will be receiving a registration package which includes their name tags, conference bag, conference program, registration receipt, etc.

  • For conference attendees who have signed up for the school visit on Oct 2nd (8:00am – 11:00am), you will be able to obtain your registration package before departure (our conference team members and volunteers will have your registration package if you have not yet checked-in and registered).

Onsite conference check-in and registration will take place on Oct. 2nd (8am -12pm), Oct 3rd (8am – 8:30am) and Oct 4 (8am-8:30am) in the Vanier Hall. Please note: onsite registration – cash only; receipt will be issued.
