The 2019 International Annual Conference on West-East (WE) Reciprocal Learning in Education is now recruiting volunteers to review abstracts submitted to our conference. We are looking for volunteers who have attended our past conferences and who either hold a a doctoral degree or are in the middle of pursuing their doctoral study.
In this volunteer position, you will be asked to evaluate four to five 300-word abstracts according to a set of review criteria. Each abstract will be reviewed by a minimum of two reviewers. The purpose of this blind review peer process is to strengthen the quality of conference proposals and the overall experience of conference delegates.

REVIEW GUIDELINES

Criteria
A paper abstract should address and will be reviewed on the following four elements:
- Objectives or purposes
- Perspective(s) or theoretical framework
- Methods, techniques or modes of inquiry
- Findings/conclusions
Abstracts that will be given priority in being accepted are those that:
- demonstrate a relevance to the theme of the conference and the conference category under which it has been submitted
- reflect cross-national, cultural, sectoral and linguistic research partnerships and authorships.
- are clear, coherent, well written.
Only abstracts written in English will be considered. An abstract should not exceed 300 words.
